Spring is here, wait, it feels more like summer? Winter-like storms and below average temperatures out of the way + high pressure builds = above average temperatures for the next several days. As much as 10 degrees above normal. Here on the valley floor we could see a triple digit day or two. [...]

A late season storm will begin to affect us Friday as we have a 30% chance of rain here in the valley. As quoted from the National Weather Service:
