With temperatures reaching 96° today (9° above normal), we got a good taste of the long summer season that is quickly approaching! Records were set for many areas in Southern California.
Temperatures are expected to return to more seasonal values on Tuesday.

Today is the first day of spring or the Vernal Equinox, the sun crossed the equator at 10:48pm last night, here on the west coast. Equinox means “equal night”, and today is a day with equal hours of light and dark.
