Warm Temperatures Today

Mild off shore winds due to high pressure brought above normal temperatures today to most of Southern California. Several record high temperatures were set today. Here are a few from the National Weather Service:

High temperatures dropped as much as 15 degrees today (see climate report here) from yesterday as a result of a strong cold front pushing through. Gusty wind are expected thru Saturday.

It was an interesting day today in the Coachella Valley. Wide spread sprinkles, not enough to measure, humidity increasing, and cloud cover. With that, Palm Springs officially reached a high of 94. Resulting in a record for the lowest maximum temperature for the day…
