I did not expect this wind in Thousand Palms this morning. Guess I’ll have to put off waxing the car until next week.

Yea the wind picked up around 4am this morning, didn’t expect it either. The blowing dust and dirt along I-10, Ramon Road, and Monterey left visibility down to zero.
I don’t think waxing a car today would be a good idea, with all the dirt in the air you’d end up with no paint left!

Not very often do I stay home on my two days off but Wed and Thur I did due to the wind. We get a lot of the blow sand in my neck of the woods when it blows like it did the last two days. I do hope its over and we can get back to enjoying the temperatures the desert provides this time of year.
