Quote from AccuWeather.com:
Another big storm will hit California overnight and Sunday unleashing rain, mountain snow and high wind. This storm will strike with greatest effect Southern California, already the scene this week of torrential rain and heavy mountain snow. Rainfall through Sunday will reach a widespread 1 to 4 inches in Southern California, though highest amounts over southern slopes could double this. Put this new rain together with melting mountain snow and the result will be the threat of flash flooding. Landslides and mud flows will threaten burn areas especially. Owing to the tropical influence with this storm, the snow line will be higher than the earlier storms, though it could lower to the passes Sunday.
