We are on track to be the driest year we have seen since records began in 1927!
Some stats as of March 13th:
1) Last time it rained @ DW (Thousand Palms) was on December 13th, 2006!
2) We’ve seen only about 31 hundreds of an inch in the last 12 months!
3) Palm Springs is at a rain deficit for the season of 4.30 inches!
*Total Season average: 5.23 inches
*Rain Season is from July 1st to June 30th

UPDATE: Problem has been fixed!
For the past week Desertweather.com has had some issues with data updates. It seems to be a result of our connection with Time Warner. Hopefully they can get a handle on it soon.

This last system was generous to parts of San Diego County, receiving as much as 2 inches. Palm Springs, Thermal, only a trace. Here in Thousand Palms… 0!
As of February 19th Palm Springs is at a deficit of 3.69 inches of rain. Normal rainfall is 4.16 inches.
