After a dry January with no measurable rain and above normal temperatures, we finally saw a nice light to moderate rain this morning. Starting around 4:15am the rain was moderately steady through the 6 o’clock hour. The heaviest rainfall rate was around 5am at 0.29″ per hour. Light to moderate rain showers soaked the valley starting around 11am and lingered into the evening. No major flooding was reported just minor street flooding.
