Thunderstorm Threat Continues thru Week

After a pleasant, dry late week, the moisture abruptly returned Sunday. Thunderstorm are forecasted for rest of the week for most of Southeastern California.  Currently the Coachella Valley, San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County Mountains, and San Diego County Mountains are all under a Flash Flood Watch until 7pm tonight.

Coachella Valley Under Flash Flood Watch Today

The National Weather Service (San Diego) has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the Coachella Valley today from 2pm until 8pm. Conditions are favorable for thunderstorm development as the atmosphere is still moist and unstable.
