Flooding in Thousand Palms, Feb 05′

As a results of over 2.5 inches of rain in just under 6 days, some flooding occured in the Tri-Palms/Ramon Road area of Thousand Palms.

    I sure remember this one. Not a big flood as far as floods are concerned but it did cause some problems for the people living here. It also taught a few people not to cross water filled ditches. I think also the Golf Cource sufferd major damage twice in two years.

    I live in Sky Valley and remember having to drive and hour out of my way because of road closures.
